•  Leverage our overseas manufacturing resources to deliver custom build stock at a mass market price

•  Ensure each store has its own unique identity whilst also staying cohesive with the Kathmandu brand

•  Maintain transparent and regular communication between the Onsite Project Manager, Kathmandu and ourselves during the entire process

• Create a fitout that encourages a ‘touch and feel’ environment where customers are comfortable trying on backpacks, hiking gear or investigating tents first-hand
